Our products are fulfilled from warehouses primarily on the west coast in addition to our Phoenix, AZ headquarters. Orders ship within 0-2 days of ordering.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. If there are damaged or missing parts upon receipt of your order, let us know right away so we can send out the replacement part(s) or item(s) at no additional cost.

Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. UrbanScootShop.com will not accept returns without prior authorization. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with our free shipping offer or flat rate shipping will be credited less our original shipping cost. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances.

All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, used or played with, in the original box and with the manufacturer's packaging or a restocking fee of 20% will apply. We strongly suggest getting a tracking number for any returned items.
